On the 4th December I visited Kwik fit with a puncture. Dan, Ash and Jamie were absolutely brilliant. My puncture was mended within 30 minutes ( in my lunch hour). An excellent service and I was very grateful. They were all very professional and efficient. Thank you!
Went in for a issue with my exhaust, was extremely busy but Zac and Dan were able to fit me and received brilliant service. Friendly, efficient and professional, they quickly identified the issue, resolved it and walked me through the process, so that I understood as well.

I booked in very last minute, all the work I needed got done in great time and the staff were really approachable and happy, been to other kwik fit garages around the country and this is by far the best that I'd been too. Above and beyond what I expected! Dan was excellent!
I required a four wheel alignment for a insurance claim. I called and they said they could fit me straight away, as I work 50 miles and I needed to pick the car up to get it there. I called Dan to explain what was the latest realistic time I needed to be there and he stated around 5pm. I explained my predicament in getting there on time and he said he would wait for me. I got there around 5:45pm and he did the checks and called over to explain what they found. Dan and the team didn't have to wait for and always go out of there way to accommodate their customers. Thank you very much for service today, greatly appreciated
Even though busy they were able to give me an afternoon slot. The guy who met me when I first pulled in was very helpful, and sorted out what I needed done, and also what I should follow up on after. Well done guys!
The team were brilliant, they looked after us so well - The manager was so kind and was quick and efficient, we had a young child so you know how patient they can be!!! joy!! :)
I work in sales myself & customer service is always top priority and these guys are all over it.
Not a pleasant experience at all. Where to start....
1. The phone rang for about a minute before answered.
2. I was advised over the phone to book my MOT using the online system. I did that and paid a £39 fee upon booking. I rang up the day before the MOT was booked in for to confirm and was told that they do not have a MOT tester on site that day and I can't do my MOT. My car has now subsequently run out of an MOT and had to book my MOT with Andrew Foster MOT services (absolutely amazing experience).
3. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he only works in that branch twice a week and I would get a phone call in return. The manager phoned me 1 hour before my MOT was due just to let me know they have no MOT tester.
4. It has been has been 6 days and I'm STILL waiting for my £39 refund on my booking. I phoned Kwikfit twice already and am yet to receive a return call from the manager to issue my refund.
This must be the worst customer experience I have had in year. Absolutely avoid!
